I don't build companies.
I build systems that remove friction from entire industries.
Two decades of turning complex, fragmented, high-information environments into software that makes better decisions than humans can - at scale.
AI CTO // FIELD NOTES
I design enterprise AI systems that survive contact with reality: real workflows, permissions, economics and accountability. The goal is not more AI. It is more verified work completed per unit of time, cost and risk.
Explore the AI CTO playbookAgents embedded in governed workflows - not demos floating outside the business.
Optimise cost per verified outcome, not tokens, model size or vanity automation.
Proof, evaluation, observability and escalation are part of the product.

ENTERPRISE SAAS · ACTIVEUnified ERP for construction, manufacturing and engineering - project management, procurement, finance, CRM, field operations and BI in one operational system. Most companies don't lack information. They get it too late.

REGTECH · AI · ACTIVEAutonomous AI regulatory analyst. Monitors legislation, verifies conclusions against primary sources, and delivers executive-level intelligence - actionable recommendations with traceable evidence, not document summaries.

INDUSTRIAL AI · IOT · ACTIVEAI + IoT for Structural Health Monitoring. Distributed sensors watch bridges, buildings and industrial assets 24/7, detecting anomalies before engineers can see them. Predictive maintenance instead of reactive repairs.

TRAVELTECH · ACTIVEOne of Poland's first sailing travel marketplaces. Aggregates a fragmented ecosystem of yacht charters, sailing schools, flotillas and cruises into one searchable platform - automated inventory, bookings and customer journeys.

FINTECH · EXIT → ACQUIRED BY HFT BROKERSEvent-driven algorithmic trading, built years before AI agents became mainstream. Connected Reuters real-time macroeconomic data with MetaTrader 4 brokers worldwide - investors defined strategies before economic announcements and executed them automatically - event to execution in under 17 ms. One of the early cloud-native, event-driven trading systems in Europe.
ORIGINAL CONCEPT // JOULE WARS
The next AI race will not be won by the smartest models.
It will be won by the most efficient ones.
As AI scales globally, electricity becomes the limiting resource. The relevant question is no longer "who has the biggest model?" - it is "who produces the most useful intelligence per joule?"
Joule Wars explores the convergence of AI, semiconductors, cloud infrastructure, power generation and geopolitics into a single economic system.

Fragmented, high-information environments - finance, travel, construction, infrastructure, law.
Companies don't suffer from a lack of information. They suffer from information that arrives too late.
Software capable of making better decisions than humans can - at scale.
Robotero traded. Rejsomat booked. Archdesk operates. Inclify watches. Lextron reads the law.
I don't talk about tech - I use it to alter reality.
Decision > Delay. Good enough > Perfect too late.
The body is a machine. Requires maintenance, not excuses.(Sauna, MTB, Biohacking)

Systems I Build
Twelve kinds of systems, each shipped in a real company or measured in public. Nullius in verba: the proof sits under every name.
