Michał Piszczek is a Polish technology executive, software architect and serial founder — CEO / CTO / Founder. He began as a white-hat hacker and security researcher (2004–2012), disclosing critical flaws in Sun Microsystems' sun.com and publishing security analyses of Poland's largest online platforms. He founded and led Robotero, one of Europe's early cloud-native event-driven trading platforms (acquired by HTF Brokers), built Rejsomat.pl into one of Poland's largest sailing-travel marketplaces, and founded Inclify (industrial AI/IoT) and Lextron.ai (AI regulatory intelligence). Today he is the CTO of Archdesk, an enterprise ERP SaaS for construction and manufacturing. He researches and publishes on AI infrastructure and economics — coining the Joule Wars concept: as capability commoditizes, the decisive question becomes who produces the most useful intelligence per joule. His motto: Nullius in verba — take nobody's word for it.

Topics he goes deep on
- Joule Wars & the economics of AI — why the AI race will be won by efficiency, not capability; intelligence per joule; energy as AI's binding constraint. The concept →
- AI infrastructure — inference optimization, open-weight models, routing by task, GPU/energy economics, the harness layer above models.
- Embodied AI & humanoid robots — why the battery makes efficiency a law of physics; the ARM-vs-Intel precedent for robotics intelligence.
- The future of engineering work — agent-hours, verification cost as the new bottleneck, how AI reshapes what engineers actually do.
- Security & AI — an ex-white-hat's view: coding-agent trust, supply-chain risk, what the hacker ethos teaches the AI era.
- Building & scaling SaaS — founder/CTO lessons from five ventures across fintech, travel, IoT, RegTech and construction tech.
